The School Board of Hillsborough County, Florida (the “Board”) has issued this Invitation to Quote (ITQ) to provide the new Rick Lott Technical College with industry standard equipment that is needed in the two brand new welding labs. Scotchman Ironworkers are a necessity for any welding shop and are a basic need for training and welding.
