Janitorial Services for the Mercer County Park Commission

The County of Mercer is soliciting bids for the provision of Janitorial Services at various locations for the Mercer County Park Commission. It is the intention of the Mercer County Park Commission to award a contract to one (1) vendor for all locations; for the period of July 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025, with an option to extend the contract for a period of one (1) year.  Bidders shall provide a cost per square foot for each facility and the low bidder for all locations shall be awarded the contract. The award will be based on the grand total price for both for six(6) months and option year. Detailed specifications and requirements are contained in the Statement of Work for each location. Please note services shall be performed in accordance with the specifications and schedule referenced for each site. Site visits are encouraged and shall be arranged by the facility contact listed below. The County of Mercer Park Commission reserves the right to modify schedules as required. Respondents shall have three (3) years’ experience providing janitorial services. All questions may be submitted via Bidnet questions portal or via email sent to ohibbert@mercercounty.org no later than May 13, 2025.
