Description: The City of Clemson is requesting sealed proposals from qualified companies for the City’s Police Duty Wrecker Services on an on-call, as needed basis. The term of the contract shall be three (3) years with the right to extend for two (2) successive one-year terms. Renewal for each successive year shall be based on acceptable contract performance under the terms of the contract. Such determination shall be conducted no later than 30 days prior to the end of the contract, at which time the City will notify the contractor of its intent to renew or terminate. It is the intent of the City to contract with more than one contractor for these services. The contractor must provide information relative to, but not limited to; the business operation(s), location of storage lots, list of equipment, communication system maintained, etc. Proposals will be received until 2:00 P.M.
