Project Description: TARC is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced vendors to provide comprehensive First Aid Supplies and Safety Training Services to support the health, safety, and regulatory compliance of employees across multiple facilities.
The selected contractor will be responsible for furnishing, maintaining, and servicing first aid and personal protective equipment (PPE) supplies; providing automated external defibrillator (AED) units and associated program management; performing routine eyewash station inspections; and delivering required safety and compliance training. These services are critical to ensuring a safe work environment and maintaining compliance with applicable federal, state, and local safety regulations.
Because certain emergency planning and consulting services may vary by vendor and were previously offered as optional add-ons, these services are included as optional components within this RFP. TARC reserves the right to award only the base scope of services and to consider optional services based on operational needs, available funding, and overall value.
The goal of this solicitation is to establish a contract with a qualified vendor capable of delivering reliable, high-quality safety services while providing transparent pricing, flexibility, and long-term value to the organization.
