Founded in 1958, the University of Minnesota Landscape Arboretum is a rapidly growing 1,200-acre public garden with a diverse portfolio of community programs and services attracting over 600,000 visitors per year. Our current mission is to welcome, inform, and inspire all through outstanding displays, protected natural areas, horticultural research and education. Our core values include stewardship, community, excellence, teamwork, and fiscal responsibility.


As our customer/constituent base continues to grow, our existing customer relationship management (CRM) system is challenged by the evolving needs of our business. The current system lacks the scalability and integration capabilities to support our expanding operations and cross departmental collaboration. Additionally, the non integrated suite of tools does not provide sufficient insight into the full profile of customer/donor engagement to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
