Due to the nature of services requested, it is beneficial tohave one company perform services which creates efficiency, continuity, cost effective pricing, and a centrallocation for communication and data requests.The objective for the selected Respondent (hereinafter “Proposer”) is to perform all tasks and functionsassociated with the Services in accordance with Section 3 Scope of Project.The work contemplated is professional in nature. It is understood that selected Proposer acting as anindividual, partnership, corporation or other legal entity, is of professional status, licensed to perform in theState of Missouri and licensed for all applicable professional discipline(s) requiring licensing and will begoverned by the professional ethics in its relationship with the STLCOR. It is also understood that all reports,information, or data prepared or assembled by the Proposer under a contract awarded pursuant to the RFPare confidential in nature and will not be made available to any individual or organization, except the STLCOR,without prior written approval from STLCOR.
