Overview

Summary

The Greenville County Solid Waste Division owns an AirBorn Industries FJ160 vatical cardboard baler that is in disrepair. The machine is located at the Twin Chimneys Landfill: 11075 Augusta Rd. Honea Path, SC 29654. We are looking for a vendor to transport the baler to their facility, complete the repairs listed in the scope of work and return to Twin Chimney Landfill.

Background

Greenville County received a grant from the South Carolina Department of Environmental Services to increase our recycling rate, adding a cardboard baler to our facility will allow us to capture and divert a large amount of cardboard from the landfill.
