Invitation for Bids

The City of Gardner is requesting bids for the: "Gardner Municipal Airport Construct AVGas Fuel System and Remove Fuel Systems".  The project includes, but is not limited to, replacing current underground fuel system with new fuel dispensers, credit card reader, landscaping, and an aboveground fuel tank.  Online bids will be received by the City of Gardner, KS through QuestCDN at www.hwlochner.com until bid closing on Thursday, August 13th 2026 at 2:00 P.M. (CDT).

A non-mandatory online pre-bid meeting for all prospective bidders will be via Microsoft Teams on Tuesday, July 28, 2026 at 1:00 P.M. (CDT).  You may request an invitation to the pre-bid meeting by contact Jordan Hairgrove with Lochner at Jordon.Hairgrove@hwlochner.com.
