Description: The Town of Agawam will receive sealed bids for a `Junior High Pool Heater Replacement Project' at Agawam Junior High School 1305 Springfield Street Feeding Hills, MA. The estimated cost of the work is $70,000. Bids shall be accompanied by a proposal guaranty in the form of a bid bond, cash, or a certified check or a treasurers check issued by a responsible bank or trust company having offices in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.  The proposal guarantee shall be in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid made payable to the Town of Agawam. A non-mandatory pre-bid walkthrough will be held on January 23, 2025, at 9:00 AM at the project site, 1305 Springfield Street, Feeding Hills, MA 01030. Attendance is highly recommended for all prospective bidders to familiarize themselves with the site and project scope.
