The City of Redwood City is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide lagoon management and environmental consulting services to the Public Works Services Department.  The awarded contract will be for a two (2) year term and may be renewed for up to three (3) consecutive, one (1) year increments after the initial contract period, at the discretion and approval of the City.

Proposals are due on or before Wednesday, September 24, 2025 at 3:00 PM Pacific Time. Proposer shall email one (1) electronic copy of its proposal to csalas@redwoodcity.org with the subject “Redwood Shores Lagoon Management and Environmental Consulting Services.”  Additional details are provided in the Request for Proposal packet linked below.
