The Contractor shall provide all services required to assist the Contracting Agency with Contract Quality Assurance (CQA) Services for SWPPP compliance and reporting under the requirements of the Alaska Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (APDES) for all Central Region Projects. It is anticipated there will be approximately 20 to 40 projects per year. In addition, when requested, the Contractor shall review and evaluate project specific Erosion and Sediment Control Plans for adequacy and constructability.
