Description: Bid Posting Date: June 10, 2025 Project: Abatement of 5385 Snowflake Cir Quotes Due: Quotes will be accepted until 4:30PM local time on  June 24, 2025 This project includes, but is not necessarily limited to: Clean up and removal of abandoned and broken equipment, clean up and removal of neglected machinery, removal of junked and abandoned vehicles, and proper demolition and removal to a proper disposal site for the property of 5385 Snowflake Cir, Lot 8 Block 5 Alpine Woods Any question regarding this project should be directed to Danial Plaster, Code Enforcement Officer , at this email Danial Plaster Quotes will be accepted until  430PM local time on June 24, 2025 , via email to Dan Plaster . The City reserves the right to waive any irregularities or informalities in a quote, to reject any and all quotes without cause, and to re-solicit for quotes. Current minimum prevailing wage rates as published by the Alaska Department of Labor must be paid if required by law. Requirements of the Alaska Employment Preference (AS 36.10) must be met. The City of Valdez encourages disadvantaged, minority and women-owned firms to respond and is available to assist said firms in learning how to do business with the City.
