Summary

The City of Lake Forest is seeking quotes for construction and demolition (C&D) waste tracking software. In accordance with CalGreen Building Code, the City requires applicable building permit applicants to submit a waste plan and a subsequent final waste management report with disposal tickets attached as proof of a minimum of 65% diversion of waste from the landfill. The C&D waste tracking software would allow building permit applicants to submit a waste plan and upload disposal tickets electronically to the City for review and approval.
