Description: The Scope of Work includes improvements to East Wyatt Road within the City of Blue Springs and provides for pavement preparation, asphalt overlay, concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalks, concrete driveways, concrete pavement, storm sewer improvements, street lighting, pavement striping, traffic control and other incidental items and work described in the Project Manual, or reasonably inferable therefrom. Blue Springs anticipates issuing notice to proceed in the spring of 2026, weather permitting.
