Description: INVITATION TO BID THE CITY OF ARDMORE FEDERAL ID # 736005072 Sealed bids will be received by the City of Ardmore and Ardmore Main Street Authority, Ardmore, Oklahoma, on the sale of surplus land, located in the City limits of Ardmore, Oklahoma, through 2:00 P.M., C.S.T. on Tuesday, April 21, 2026. The bids will be opened in the First Floor Conference Room, City Hall, at that time. Bids will be delivered to Sherrill Shaw, Purchasing Coordinator, in the Purchasing Department, 23 South Washington, or mailed to P.O. Box 249, Ardmore, OK 73402. Bids are tentatively scheduled for consideration by the Ardmore Main Street Authority Board of Directors on Tuesday, April 28, 2026. Each bid shall also be accompanied by an acceptable form of bid guaranty in the amount of at least 5% of the amount of bid, as guaranty; that if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute the Contract within ten (10) days after the Notice of Award. No bid may be withdrawn for at least sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time of receipt of the bids. Copies of the bid documents may be obtained at the Purchasing office of City Hall, 23 S. Sealed bids will be received by the City of Ardmore and Ardmore Main Street Authority,
