Description: Venango County seeks proposals for the lease and development of a solar project in Venango County, specifically a parcel/parcels situated in Frenchcreek Township owned by the County of Venango. The parcel IDs for this project are 11,004.-050A.-000 and 11,019.-001..-000. The total acreage of these parcels is approximately 57 acres. Proposers must understand that this project is in close proximity to the Venango County Airport and must comply with any related requirements. Performance and outcome specifications are available in the office of the Chief Clerk located in the Courthouse Annex, 1174 Elk Street, Franklin, PA 16323; weekdays from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Proposals must be submitted in writing to Venango County. Proposals will be received at the above location until Monday, February 10, 2025 no later than 3:00 p.m. NO proposals will be accepted after this date and time. The County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals it deems in the best interest of the County.
