Cobb County (“County” or “Owner”) is issuing this solicitation for Professional Design and Construction Administration Services for Furr Family Park and the Bartlett Property. Submissions shall be received before 12:00pm on Thursday February 12, 2026 via the County's eProcurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cobbcoga . Late submissions will not be accepted.

Background

In July of 2020, the residents of Cobb County Georgia voted to implement a Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax herein referred to as the 2022 SPLOST. The 2022 SPLOST is intended to address the immediate needs of PARKS, Transportation, Libraries, Senior Services, Technology, and Public Safety that affect the future of Cobb County. The collection of the 2022 SPLOST began on January 1, 2022, and will continue through December 31, 2027.
