	Project Description		One-Two Sentences The purpose of this RFQ for Design-Build Services is for NC State to solicit responses for the selection of a Design-Builder to join the project team in the Design Phase to provide services for the project through programming, design, construction, and post acceptance for the upcoming Poe Hall Renovation project. A pre-submittal meeting will be held the week of May 12, 2025. Interested Design-Builders are invited to RSVP on NCSU Facilities page. Attendance is not mandatory but is highly encouraged. Current project authorization is for advance planning only. The selected firm may be retained through full design and construction at the university's option.
