Project Description Subject to conditions prescribed by the University of California, Los Angeles, responses to the University's prequalification documents for a lump sum contract are sought from prospective prime contractor bidders (hereafter “bidders”) for the following project:

Contractor shall remove a portion and replace the roof of Young Hall building as specified in the plans and specs. Provide abatement of asbestos and lead materials. New roof to be a single-ply membrane installation under existing mechanical equipment.
