Description: Request for Proposal The City of Burlington invites interested contractors to participate in a competitive bid process for a Portable Restroom provider.  The qualified contractor would provide for the rental and servicing of portable restroom services at various locations in Burlington's park system. More information regarding requirements for submittal of proposals and Burlington's service needs can be found in this Request for Proposal . The contractor selected to provide portable restroom services in Burlington will be required to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with the City which will outline the terms of service and expectations for both parties.
