DESCRIPTION:  Seeking a qualified vendor to remove and replace the existing roofing system for two (2) classrooms at Yucaipa High School.
MANDATORY JOB WALK: Tuesday, March 24, 2026, 9:00 a.m.
RFI DEADLINE: April 2, 2026, 2:00 p.m.
RFI RESPONSE: April 8, 2026
BID DEADLINE: Thursday, April 16, 2026, 2:00 p.m.
Interested parties may request the Virtual Bid Opening link by emailing Bids@sbcss.net. The virtual bid opening will take place promptly at 2:15 p.m. on Thursday, April 16, 2026.

1. Will the Roof be tested for asbestos?
ANSWER: Yes. SUPERINTENDENT will conduct testing and provide the results to the awarded contractor.
2. Will the roof hatch on the portable need to be replaced?
ANSWER: Yes. Please include the cost in your proposal.
