REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS: RFQ Documents

Notice is hereby given that the City of Kent, Washington, is seeking a Request for Qualifications (RFQs) from qualified consulting firms to assist with a targeted update to the City’s 2028-2034 Parks and Open Space Plan. The selected consultant will review and update the existing plan, complete a focused statistically valid survey, update GIS and Nature Score data, incorporate the City’s six-year Capital Improvement Program, and prepare the plan for adoption consistent with applicable Recreation and Conservation Office requirements.

SOQs will be accepted by the Kent Clerk’s Office, 220 Fourth Avenue South, Kent, WA 98032, until 5 p.m. on Wednesday, October 14, 2026. Submittals
