This Request for Proposal (RFP) is directed to private developers and development teams interested in the development of a mixed-use building at 21 South Linn Street in Iowa City, Iowa.  The City's goal is to convey the property to the development team which best meets the City's goals for a contextual, mixed-use development incorporating property tax revenue-generating uses on a prominent downtown corner.
Proposals must be submitted electronically via Ion Wave before 1:00 PM CT Friday November 1, 2024.  Faxed, emailed, and hard copy of the proposals will not be accepted.  All questions and clarifications regarding this RFP will be accepted until October 23, 2024 at 5:00 PM CT through Ion Wave.  All questions must be submitted via Ion Wave in order to receive a response.
