Description: City of Lawrence, Massachusetts 200 Common Street Lawrence, MA  01840 REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) Custodial Cleaning Services – Lawrence City Hall The City of Lawrence invites sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide Custodial Cleaning Services for City Hall, located at 200 Common Street, Lawrence, MA, for a three (3) year contract term. CUSTODIAL CLEANING SERVICES The selected proposer shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, and services necessary to maintain City Hall in a clean, sanitary, and professional condition. RFP Available: Monday, May 4, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. on the City of Lawrence website: www.cityoflawrence.com/bids Mandatory Walkthrough: Monday, May 11th, 2026 at 10:00 A.M.
