The New York City Department of Social Services (DSS)/ Department of Homeless Services (DHS) will be accepting Competitive Sealed Bids for the Provision of On Call Laundry services at DHS shelters, (PIN: 25BSEDD03901/EPIN: 07125B0006) . This Competitive Sealed Bid (“RFx”) is being released through PASSPort, New York City’s online procurement portal on Thursday, July 16, 2026 . To access the solicitation, vendors should visit the PASSPort Public Portal at https://www.nyc.gov/site/mocs/passport/about-passport.page , and click on the “Procurement Navigator” blue box.
