January 29, 2026Dear Sir or Madam:Subject: Sealed Bid No. 26-00007-AKQC - CCTV System Upgrade for 52nd Street, Allegheny,CB Moore, and North Philadelphia Stations ProjectSoutheastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority ("SEPTA") will accept Sealed Bids throughits Electronic Procurement System (“ePS”) website for CCTV System Upgrade for 52nd Street,Allegheny, CB Moore, and North Philadelphia Stations Project (hereinafter called (“the Work”) asoutlined in the Contract Documents until Thursday, February 26, 2026 at 10:00 am, at whichtime the bids will be made public and read aloud.The contract duration is 150 calendar days (5 months) calendar days from the Notice to Proceed.The Work includes but is not limited to: The SEPTA CCTV improvement project will replacethe existing IP camera/equipment with current technology IP cameras and network equipment atfour (4) stations within SEPTA service area. The following is a list of sites for this improvementproject:-52nd Street Station (MFL); 29 CCTV cameras and equipment-Allegheny Station (BSL); 30 CCTV cameras and equipment-CB Moore Station (BSL); 30 CCTV cameras and equipment-North Philadelphia Station (BSL); 35 CCTV cameras and equipmentPPE Requirement: Safety Vest and Safety BootsThe Contractor shall finalize the design, procure, install, test, and place in service the CCTVequipment using current surveillance technology and installation methods at the indicated stations.The stations will remain active during construction; the existing CCTV system must remain activeuntil the proposed CCTV system has been accepted.
