Notes	Scope of Services: The City of Deerfield Beach is soliciting sealed responses from qualified firms for an Impact Fee study for the Planning & Development Services Department in accordance with the terms, conditions, scope of services for the above-mentioned Request for Proposals (RFP). The City will respond to all questions via eProcurement. Licensing Requirements: None The City of Deerfield Beach is exempt from Federal and State Taxes for tangible personal property tax. The City of Deerfield Beach reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids, in whole or in part, with or without cause, to waive any irregularities and/or technicalities, and to award the contract on such coverage and terms it deems will best serve the interests of the City.
