Description:		Kern County Behavioral Health & Recovery Services is seeking an independent data and outcome evaluation contractor skilled in providing in-depth analysis of Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) regulated programs with expertise in the requirements of the Mental Health Services Oversight and Accountability Commission (MHSOAC) and Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) State Regulations. Services are to begin on July 1, 2025.
