The Department of Homeless Services (“DHS,” “Agency” or “Department”) is seeking appropriately qualified vendors to operate the Supportive Employment Shelter at the Franklin Women's Shelter site.  The mission of the DHS is to prevent homelessness when possible and to provide short-term, emergency shelter for individuals and families who have no other housing options available.
