LEGAL NOTICE
REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ)
City Corporation, Russellville, Arkansas, is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified firms or individuals to provide professional accounting and financial services.
Services to be provided include, but are not limited to, general accounting services, financial reporting, preparation and/or review of financial statements, budget development and analysis, audit preparation and coordination, compliance with applicable state and federal regulations, internal controls review, and related financial advisory services.
Interested parties shall submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) including firm background, qualifications of personnel, description of services, experience with municipal utilities or governmental entities, references, and fee structure.
Statements of Qualifications will be received until 5:00 p.m. on Friday, June 5, 2026, at City Corporation, 205 West Third Place, Russellville, Arkansas 72801. Submissions received after this deadline will not be considered.
Submissions shall be clearly marked “RFQ – Accounting and Financial Services” and delivered to Renae Taylor, Human Resources Director, City Corporation, at the address listed above. Electronic submissions will be accepted at rtaylor@citycorporation.com .
City Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all submissions, to waive any informalities, and to accept the submission deemed to be in the best interest of the organization.
This procurement is conducted in accordance with applicable provisions of the Arkansas Code Annotated § 14-58-303 and Arkansas Code Annotated § 19-11-801 et seq., as may be applicable.
