Description: The City of Framingham will be accepting bids for IFB #PW-1225 Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) System upgrades.  The work done under this contract consists of replacement of water meter radio devices to update the AMI water meter reading system. Replacement of water meters as needed. Bid documents can be obtained electronically through the City of Framingham’s Bidnet  portal on Wednesday October 1, 2025 after 10:00 AM: www.bidnetdirect.com//cityofframingham Sealed bids must be submitted electronically through the City’s Bidnet portal system. Bids submitted through any other means, such as mail, email or hand delivery, will not be accepted and will be rejected by the City as non-responsive. Bids shall be submitted through Bidnet and are due on Wednesday, October 29, 2025 at 10:00 AM The City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any minor informalities and technicalities, or to cancel the bid if it were in the public interest to do so.
