ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIPT OF THIS ADDENDUM BY INCLUDING THE DOCUMENT

ALONG WITH YOUR WRITTEN RESPONSE. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY SUBJECT

PROPOSERS TO DISQUALIFICATION. THIS ADDENDUM AND ANY

ATTACHMENTS FORMS A PART OF THE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL DOCUMENT

AND MODIFIES THEM AS FOLLOWS:

Questions and Responses

a) Is the first meeting required to be attended to be able to attend the

second meeting? Only one meeting is required to be eligible to submit

a bid.

b) For The Safety of the contractor preforming the right of way services is

an Enclosed Cab Machine required or an Open Cab Tractor acceptable?

An enclosed machine is preferred, for an added measure of safety.

However, that is not a requirement for this bid.

c) In the Prebid meeting on February 26th the question was asked if the

canopy was to be trimmed as well as the floor of all right of ways and

the response was (Only if it’s necessary for vehicle access) Per the

Invitation for Sealed Bids II. Scope Of Services Section B. Limbs and

Trees that Encroach the Right-of-way Will be Maintained to a Minimum

of (11) Feet above the right-of-way. The right-of way is horizontal. In

the instance, overhanging limbs are obstructing the floor of the right of

way, those limbs will need to be cut.

d) Are there opportunity for multiple Crews? The bidder can staff their

crews as necessary in the performance of the bid.

e) Weekend work schedules. The work to be done should coincide closely

with our schedule of Monday through Friday from 8:00AM-5:00PM
