Project Description: Carmel Valley Rd Resurfacing, Project No. 1185

The project is to resurface Carmel Valley Road, approximately from Carmel Rancho Blvd to just east of Via Petra, near the City of Carmel-by-the-Sea. In general, the project consist of placing hot-mix-asphalt, including but not limited to localized pavement repair (digouts), traffic pavement delineation, cold-planing of existing pavement, concrete curb ramps, survey monuments, clearing and grubbing, and traffic control.
