Description: REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS AND PROPOSALS FOR INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICES CITY HALL INTERIOR ART & DÉCOR PLAN FOR THE CITY OF MOORPARK PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Moorpark is requesting proposals for Interior Design Services. Proposals must be received by 3:00 p.m. on February 26, 2026, by the City Clerk’s Office at: City of Moorpark, City Clerk’s Office, 323 Science Drive, Moorpark, CA 93021 (Attn: Jonathan Royas, Assistant City Manager) or via email: For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. .  Submissions received after this deadline will be rejected.  Submissions by facsimile will not be accepted.
