RFP’s will be opened at Public Works, 1700 N. McAree Rd., and Bid Proposals will be due April 23, 2025 at 9:25 am. Bid Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope, plainly marked on the outside with the name and address of the Bidder and the words: Sealed Bid: April 23, 2025 2025 HYDRANT ASSEMBLIES REBID Bid Proposals shall be addressed to City of Waukegan, 1700 N. McAree Rd., Waukegan Illinois 60085 and must be received before 9:25 am on April 23, 2025.
