Wilburton, OK-Wilburton Municipal Airport-Construct Hangar & Taxilane-REBID (23019)

The proposed project includes the construction of a 65’x65’ box hangar (foundation and building structure) for future aircraft parking. This project also includes the construction of a Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) taxilane and apron with the associated site work (grading & drainage). The proposed concrete taxilane will provide paved access to the proposed hangar.

Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of not less than five (5) percent of the total amount bid. A Contract Performance Bond and a Contract Payment Bond each equal to 100 percent of the Contract Price will be required for the successful Contractor.

No bid may be withdrawn prior to October 15, 2025.

Proposals shall be placed in a sealed envelope addressed to the ATTN: Alyssa Blackwood, City of Wilburton, Oklahoma at 300 W. Main Street, Wilburton, Oklahoma 72578.

In the lower lefthand corner of the sealed proposal envelope, include the following project title:
