The purpose of this amendment is to update the quote submission deadline for this requirement. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation, including the site visit and questions deadlines, remain unchanged.

Updated Quote Due Date: The deadline for the submission of quotes is hereby changed from 18 May 2026 to:Tuesday, 12 May 2026; no later than 1:00 P.M. EDT.

AMENDMENT 0001: SITE VISIT NOTIFICATION

The 436 Civil Engineer Squadron, Dover Air Force Base (DE), requires a contractor to provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary for the removal and replacement of existing lighting with LED luminaires in Building 704. The requirement includes installation, disposal of existing fixtures, and associated electrical services in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
