The City requires engineering and design services (“Services”) for the development of complete Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E) suitable for public bidding and construction and construction support for the San Ramon Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) and Communications Infrastructure Project (CIP 975594), Federal Project B- 24-CP-CA-0165. The Project involves the installation of fiber optic cable along three (3) roadway segments in San Ramon. RFP Document Planned RFP Schedule.
