REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Marquette County Planning Division Residential Home Repairs - CDBG Program 243 County Rd 480, Negaunee, MI 49866 DUE DATE: Monday, January 13, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. EST

The County of Marquette, Planning Division, is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide residential rehabilitation to eligible program applicants of the Community Development Block Grant Improving Local Livability (CHILL) Program Homeowner Improvement Project (HIP). Program details and individual home repair specifications are listed in the individual RFPs. Proposals must be submitted no later than January 13, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. EST. Contractors shall submit the documents using the Bid Return Document contained in the Request for Proposal (RFP) by email, mail or in person in a sealed envelope, which states “CHILL HIP General Contractor RFP-address of home”.
