A. This Addendum forms a part of the RFP Documents and modifies the original RFP

Documents, dated October 2025.

B. This Addendum consists of two (2) pages of text.

C. Proposals shall include all items in Addendum Number One.

Hinsdale Public Services is modifying the language within the October 2025 Refuse,

Recycling, and Yard Waste Collection Services – RFP #1733 as follows below:

QUESTIONS RECEIVED

1. What is the number of monthly fee yard waste collection customers?

Village Response: 377 as of July 2025

2. How many refuse/yard waste stickers are sold annually?

Village Response: 33,600 (2023) and 33,150 (2024)

3. Are all 3 refuse streams collected for backdoor service?

Village Response: Backdoor collection is for refuse and recycling. Yard waste

would be curbside.

4. Does the free 6-week Fall Leaf Collection program include other yard waste?

Village Response: No, the Fall Leaf Collection program applies to leaves only.

Other yard waste (grass clippings, branches, etc.) would need to be stickered.
