Notes	The intent of this solicitation is to establish an annual requirements contract for the purchase of live trees for the beautification of all municipal facilities, street medians, and parks. The City of Arlington strongly encourages bidders to submit their response to this bid electronically. If submitting a paper bid, it must be submitted in a sealed envelope or package and labeled with the company name, solicitation number and title. Late bids will not be accepted. The City of Arlington exclusively uses IonWave for the notification and dissemination of all solicitations.
