Description:	The City is seeking to create a comprehensive strategy for funding, repairing, and enhancing the storm drain system, and to achieve this, they have commissioned the Stormwater Master Plan (SMP). The SMP will be developed as a strategic guide for the City to comply with regulatory requirements, maintain the existing system, and identify future upgrades, improvements, and expansions of the stormwater system. The existing storm drain map can be found on the Los Angeles County website and is attached as Attachment “A”. This plan will comprehensively inventory existing infrastructure, model flow deficiencies, assess conditions, and recommend capital projects, operations, and maintenance programs. It will also explore potential funding and financing options.
