Pursuant to Section 3-05 of the NYC Procurement Policy Board Rules, it is the intent of the New York City Police Department (“NYPD”) to enter into sole source negotiations with Thermo Eberline LLC  located at 27 Forge Parkway, Franklin, Massachusetts 02038. The NYPD expects that Thermo Eberline LLC., will be awarded a contract to provide all maintenance services for all existing radeye/nuke instruments. These instruments will continue to assist the NYPD’s Counterterrorism Division and their partners. NYPD believes that this maintenance  is provided exclusively by Thermo Eberline LLC. Any vendor besides Thermo Eberline LLC that believes it can provide this maintenance and  to the existing instruments is invited to do so. To respond in PASSPort, please complete the Acknowledgement tab and submit a response in the Manage Responses tab. If you have questions about the details of the RFx, please submit them through the Discussion with Buyer tab and email Romilee Benavides at Romilee.benavides@nypd.org and contracts@nypd.org.
