	Project Description		One-Two Sentences Re-Advertisement for designer The existing elevator shaft at Clark LeClair Stadium has significant water intrusion which has caused deterioration to structural elements as well as damage to elevator components. This project will correct the water intrusion at the shaft envelope and repair elevator components as needed.
