Description: CITY OF LEWISTON, IDAHO REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES RFQ-25-018 2026 WATER FACILITIES PLAN UPDATE The City of Lewiston, Idaho is accepting sealed Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for professional engineering services to update the 2026 Water Facilities Plan Update. The full Request for Qualifications (RFQ) document is available on the City's website, www.cityoflewiston.org under "Bid Opportunities." Responses will be accepted until 2:00 PM (PDT) on August 19, 2025.
