Description: The City of San Mateo (City) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Commercial Property Management Services and/or Real Property Consulting Services as outlined in this Request For Proposals. Firms may submit proposals for one or both service areas. (RFP). Prospective respondents are advised to read this information carefully prior to submitting a proposal. The selected firm(s) will : Manage the City’s leasable properties; and/or conduct a detailed evaluation of the City’s real property portfolio Citywide and develop a strategic portfolio management plan to help optimize long-term fiscal and community benefits. Proposers who wish to be considered for this project must submit either an electronic or printed copy of their proposal to the City for review. All proposals are due on or before 5:00 p.m., September 26, 2025. Late submissions will not be considered.
