2025-26OPED TOURISM GRANT AND PROJECT MANAGER	REQUEST FOR QUOTES Tourism Grant and Project Manager #2025-26OPED The City of Holyoke, Massachusetts, seeks quotes from qualified firms to professional for tourism consulting and grant management services, in support of the Office of Planning and Economic Development (OPED) and the Mass Gaming Mitigation Fund grant. Documents will be available starting Monday March 3, 2025 @ 10AM. The Office of Planning and Economic Development (OPED) is seeking a professional for tourism consulting and grant management services, for a 12-month period - 20-25 hours per month. Tourism Grant and Project Manager, will support the city and OPED’s efforts around tourism as it is related to the Holyoke Tourism Strategic Plan (2020), the Explore Holyoke website and the Tourism Advisory Committee (TAC). The Tourism Grant and Project Manager will aid in overseeing all activities related to the administration of the Mass Gaming Mitigation Fund grant while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.	3/3/2025 @ 10AM	3/27/2025 @ 2PM
