Project Description: Eastern Municipal Water District’s (EMWD) Engineering Services Department (Real Property Division) is requesting proposals from professional land surveyors to perform land surveying services on an as-needed basis, in support of EMWD’s Capital Improvement Program (CIP), Annexation Program, and new development projects. Specific services shall be on an as-needed basis and shall include all duties typically expected of a professional land surveyor or surveying firm.
