Summary

The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (M-NCPPC or Commission) Montgomery Parks is requesting bids from experienced and qualified firms to provide preventative maintenance and repair services to the refrigeration and HVAC systems at the Cabin John and Wheaton Ice Rinks.

The Contractor shall perform preventive maintenance, seasonal make-ready functions and, if required, repairs on a time and material basis to the equipment .
