Project Description: Williamson County Animal Shelter, herein “the Shelter,” has initiated this Request for Proposal (RFP) to offer lobby access and customer database access to a pet health insurance provider to offer comprehensive pet health insurance for adopting pet owners. The Williamson County Animal Shelter is located in Williamson County, Texas, herein “the County”.
Pet health insurance helps ensure the continued well-being of pets. The Shelter seeks to facilitate accessing affordable pet insurance for it’s adopting customers. This support is sought for dogs and cats specifically by offering a desk and presence in the Shelter lobby. The goal of this project is for adopting pet owners to have the ability to purchase pet health insurance at the time they are adopting. NOTE - there should be no charge for this service to the customer
